Guiding principles

  1. Safety and hygiene
  2. Customer satisfaction
  3. Professionalism and motivation

We are actively striving toward our "customer first" mission

Upon our establishment in 1952, Cosmo was the first company in Japan to provide in-flight catering services to European airlines at Haneda Airport. Currently, as a member of the Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd. Group, we are mainly engaged in the in-flight catering and lounge business at Haneda and Narita airports, as well as the production and sale of frozen food, retort pouch food, and other products.
Strict health and safety management has been the foundation of our business over the years, and now Cosmo has adopted German hygiene standards, which are said to be the strictest in the world, to enhance the quality of our in-flight meals, which are one of the greatest forms of entertainment during overseas travel, so that all passengers can enjoy them with peace of mind.
In addition, in order to cater to the diverse food cultures of customers who come to Japan every day from all over the world, we have been striving to research and improve the quality of not only Japanese food, but also Western, Chinese, Asian, and Islamic Halal food, and have received high evaluations from many airlines.
Since the food and beverage market has undergone major changes in recent years, we have started to provide frozen in-flight meals and retort pouch food on our e-commerce site to make it easier for everyone to feel like they are traveling in the comfort of their own home.
The environment surrounding the global aviation industry is changing at an extremely high speed, and the needs of our customers are diversifying accordingly. We will continue to focus on our mission of putting our customers first.
