We have dedicated ourselves to providing high-quality in-flight meals since the first full-scale international flights started in Japan in the early 1950's. Since then, we have received numerous awards from our customer airlines, which are tokens of their trust in us and our services. As the Aviation industry evolves, and with the support from the airlines, we have developed, expanded, and pioneered in in-flight catering.

Delivering a top-notch dining experience in the sky

Our in-flight meals are highly regarded by experienced travelers around the world, with our wide variety of menus. While following the guidelines of each airline, we strive to keep our menus full of originality and creativity. Our goal is to provide all of the passengers with unique yet authentic meals which only Cosmo can offer as the “restaurant in the sky.”

Implementing HACCP in production and delivery

Food safety is the number one priority for a company handling food. We have developed systems which allow us to ensure food safety, and as the base of such practice we have adopted HACCP. We conduct production and delivery strictly following the system guidelines, and our employee training programs also heavily focus on hygiene and safety to ensure their understanding and knowledge align as a team.

Filling orders with speed and accuracy

We take great pride in our staff's swift and accurate operation. Once the order information is received at the dispatch office, it is promptly shared with our kitchen, operational and bond teams respectively, who then work in liaison to complete orders with precision. Our teamwork also allows us to be flexible and adaptable to last-minute orders or changes.

Making the most of our proximity to aprons

Located within Haneda and Narita International Airport premises, we ensure our deliveries are made on time without any delay, and we respond to additional requests flexibly.

Cosmo has grown and matured as an independent in-flight catering company as well as a trusted partner to our customer airlines since the foundation in 1952. Following the footsteps of Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd., which is our parent company and an operator of Haneda Airport terminal buildings, it is our greatest ambition to offer our customers services which not only satisfy but also exceed their expectations.
