Once the order information is received at the dispatch office, it is promptly shared with our kitchen, operational and bond teams respectively, who then work in liaison to complete orders with precision. This arrangement which sets the dispatch office as the center point of all communication allows us to be flexible and adaptable to last-minute orders or changes.

Loading team

Our loading team is swift and vigilant in loading aircrafts in the limited time available after the arrival. Taking appropriate steps to conduct safe operation, the team uplifts meal carts and other necessities for the departing flights. They are also responsible for informing flight attendants of the delivered items.

Cosmo undertake setting and loading of cutlery and tableware for in-flight use. Staff engaging in this task pay close attention to set and load applicable equipment according to instructions from the airlines.



Equipment washing
Equipment washing From washing to storing
We handle airline equipment with great care and vigilance. After offloaded from the aircraft, carts along with dishes and cutlery are brought into our washing area where they are efficiently cleaned on automated lines. When the drying is complete, we carefully review them for any watermarks and defects to ensure no defective items are stored for the future use.
