Our diverse and distinctive lineups of menus are created through collaboration with our customer airlines. In addition to our exceptional Japanese and Western dishes, our talented and experienced chefs offer other international cuisine including Chinese based on the requests from the airlines. We also offer special meals for people who have dietary restrictions due to health concerns or religious beliefs, and we design these meals to be equally tasty and enjoyable while paying close attention to each requirement.
Japanese Meals
Expressing our hospitality with seasonal Japanese dishes
Our chefs demonstrate their expertise in designing and preparation of Japanese meals, which consist of seasonal ingredients also carefully chosen by the chefs. The aesthetically pleasant dishes often reflect Japan's four seasons and are a perfect representation of Omotenashi – Japanese spirit of hospitality. While our chefs take great pride in preparing Japanese dishes in a traditional way, they are also flexible to offer budget-friendly options as well.

Our chefs specializing in Chinese meals have studied several styles of Chinese cuisines in locally organized culinary seminars. Cooking with distinct ingredients and technique, the chefs offer distinctive and authentic Chinese cuisines each unique to the region.

Cosmo offers a list of widely varying special meals to the passengers with dietary requirements, whether it be medical or religious. The designing and preparation of all the recipes are overseen by our certified dietitian to ensure they comply with IATA guidelines, and with the worldly increasing health awareness, Cosmo have also set up a kitchen solely for special meals with a team of trained chefs.

From the purchasing of the ingredients to the meal preparation, our trained and certified chefs exercise great caution to make sure every step of the production is complying with halal guidelines.

Fresh out of the oven to aircrafts and airports
Our expert bakery team is in charge of the bread, pastries and desserts we provide alongside the dishes. Made with carefully selected ingredients, our breads and pastries have received numerous positive reactions from the passengers. In order to respond to the growing demand, we have recently made them available at airport retail stores.
